RETURN POLICY: What is your return policy?
Please note that our online return policy and in-store return policy are different.


Online Policy Effective September 25, 2015** is proud to offer the best return policy in the business. You may return or exchange your eligible merchandise* within 3 days of receiving your order for a refund less a 5% restocking fee or a store credit for the full 100% value of your item. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Under no circumstances will a return or exchange be accepted past the customer's stated wear date. requires that you enter your wear date at checkout in order to guarantee that you will receive your item in time for your special event. Once you have placed an order with you may not cancel your order unless the item ordered is not able to be delivered prior to your wear date. Should you require an item on short notice, we strongly encourage you to contact us prior to placing your order and one of our representatives will be happy to check stock and go over delivery options with you. Products ordered and then refused by a customer at their address will incur an automatic 30% re-stocking fee.


*You may return or exchange all products except those marked as Special Order, Sale, or Website Special. Jewelry and Accessory Purchases are Final Sale. All International Orders are Final Sale.  


Our policy has been designed to help you find the perfect dress for your special occasion.  We kindly request that you do not order more than one dress with the intent of returning any portion of your order; in cases where more than one dress has been ordered, only one will be eligible for the option of a refund less a 5% restocking fee. All other garments are eligible for return for store credit or exchange only.


Should you opt for our exchange or store credit, all free items, promotions and complimentary shipping charges that were associated with your order will be yours to keep.  Should you opt to return your item for a refund less the 5% restocking fee, any free items, promotions, and any complimentary shipping must be returned or will be deducted from the refund.  


Exchanges are subject to item availability. All exchanges are final sale. All items purchased with store credit are final sale.


To Obtain a Return Authorization: Returns have never been so easy; you may request a return authorization through our website, by phone (866-779-7667), or by email ( If you are logged into your account, there is a link on the left hand side of your dashboard to request a return authorization. If you are not logged in to your account, you may use the “request return” link located in the footer of our site.  Once your return request is approved, you will be issued a return authorization number. You must write the return authorization number on the outside of the box. A UPS electronic return label will be emailed to you for your return shipment. There is a flat $12.00 charge per item for return shipping. Please Note: All returns or exchanges must be postmarked within 3 days of receiving your approved return authorization and prior to your stated wear date. Any returns or exchanges postmarked after 3 days of return authorization approval, shipped on or following your stated wear date and/or without a return authorization number will be refused.


Returned goods must be returned in original condition. We 100% inspect all items we ship out to insure there are no damages. Returns are inspected upon receipt. Items must not have been worn, washed, altered, and must have all original tags attached and be in original packaging. Items with snags, rips, make-up stains, odors (i.e. cigarette smoke) or other damages will result in the item being returned to you.


Once we receive your package, it can take up to 5 business days to process your refund/store credit. Shipping charges are not refundable.


**After 20+ years of being an industry leader, both online and through our retail location, it is with great pride that we at are now able to offer this incredible new policy to our loyal customers as well as our newest generation of Roo fans and friends. As of September 25, 2015 this policy is in full effect and all purchases from that time on will be subject to the terms and conditions herein.  All prior purchases, resolutions, etc., will retain the terms of the original agreement at the time of purchase.  All existing merchandise credit will remain merchandise credit and cannot be submitted for refund under terms of the new policy.




No cash or credit card refunds. All sales are final on eveningwear, jewelry, layaway, and reduced items. In store credit only on shoes and casual clothing if returned within 10 days with receipt.



AVAILABILITY: How do I know if what I want is available?

Once an order is placed we will check availability and let you know within 72 hours if your style is available in your desired color and size and in time for your special occasion. If for any reason your dress is not available, we may be able to special order the item for you from the manufacturer. A Rissy Roo's representative will notify you prior to confirming your order if the item that you have chosen is available for special order. You will be offered the option to place a special order or to cancel your order at absolutely no charge to you. Orders are not processed until we can confirm that we have exactly what you want and can get it to you in time for your special occasion. LOW PRICE GUARANTEE: If I find the item that I want on another site for a lower price, will you beat it?


If you find the dress or shoes that you are looking for at a lower price, we will beat it by 3%! Simply contact us and tell us the exact url where we can locate the dress at a lower price prior to placing your order, we will verify the price and then we will beat it by 3%!

Our lower price guarantee applies to dresses available for purchase from another online store with secure online order processing at their regular price. If the dress on the site is marked as "Sale", "Clearance", "Special", or other specially priced items, the guarantee does not apply. We do not honor errors on other sites. Items found on internet Auction sites are invalid. Shipping charges applied by the competitor website will also be included when we verify the price (Other sites may discount dresses and make up the difference with excessive shipping and handling fees). To verify prices we must be able to find the dress, price, and shipping and handling fees on the website.

Rissy Roo's puts all available images on the website. We realize that it is frustrating that there is not always an image in every color that an item is offered in; however, all images are provided by the manufacturer and we do not always get an image in every color that is offered.
