If you’re in Prom mode, you’ve seen Nickelodeon’s “Victorious” star Victoria Justice gracing the cover of this year’s Seventeen Prom. Her jewel studded gown is La Femme Style 16802 and it will no doubt be victorious for Prom 2011. The bodice is fully jewel encrusted front and back, with a heart shaped neckline and jeweled straps.
