Miley Cyrus, prepping for her November 23rd 18th birthday, wore a stunning strapless Marchesa. Made of chiffon, it was adorable up front and featured a dramatic train in the back. The dress was paired with Christian Louboutin's crystal embellished Maralena pumps, along with impeccable hair and make up.

her entrance that really turned heads. The scarlet red lace dress worked
in unison with her new hair color which was fashioned in an old school curl dew.

makeup.
